Pizza Hut

With so little to choose from when we attempt going out for a pleasure dining experience in the Massena , N.Y. Area , we have exhausted all local options and that also includes any recently opened offerings near us !!! We have written MANY GOOD AND ALSO MANY BAD Reviews about all the forms of services that touch our lives in Our Very Beautiful North Country N.Y. Paradise ! Few amongst the Good Reviews are about any Family Dining Out Opportunities but this is CERTAINLY ABOUT ONE OF THEM !!! My wife and I have NEVER been let down on our anticipation of a GOOD TIME when we pass through the door and enter Our Hometown Pizza Hut in Massena . Everything there is always consistently good - the staff (certainly) , the cleanliness of the dining area / the lavatories and very importantly when we glimpse into the food preparation areas , the good selection / values of options on the menu and most importantly the food itself . We moved here from far away Suffolk County on Long Island nearly 5 years ago . We will always miss Our Greek Diners and ALL the Great Family Owned Italian Restaurants located there BUT short of traveling 450 miles one way to experience them we take Great Comfort in the assurance that Our Local Pizza Hut is a very sure bet of not walking away after a satisfying meal wishing we were somewhere else . We have a large, annual, family gathering here and have always gotten such great, competent, pleasant service. I was going to say the staff is always efficient, but truly, they are better than simply "efficient". They go above and beyond and help to make our yearly tradition so much more enjoyable. *I say yearly because most of us are from out of town and only get there once a year.

This place is always very clean and you never usually have to wait for a table. The food was great, we had pizza, wings, the nacho fries, it was all excellent. Our waitress however was not very attentive, she never checked on us and we couldn't find her in the dining room. She was staying in the kitchen and the dining room was only half full, they had four waitress's on the shift so she couldn't of had more then 3-4 tables. Other than that pizza hut is always a great choice.

Just now starting to dig into their menu a bit. This last week I tried their Parmesan Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Fries on the side. If you haven’t tried it, or are looking for something new to try, go for it. You won’t be disappointed with the service and quality of the food. They are definitely consistent at this location too.
