Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is usually great. Unfortunately last night was not so great, actually it was pretty bad. It was kids night and the manager on duty appeared to be very unhappy to be there. When we walked in we were greeted and ask how many people in our party we answered 12 the manager immediately shouted out that they were out of all soft drinks and would not have any. The pizza bar only had two pizzas on it and the restaurant was already half full and other customers were just sitting around waiting on pizza. The salad bar had no lettuce and when I informed the manager she just said I’ll get to it when I can. At the time she was just standing at the cash register counting receipts. It was so time before she decided to refill the salad bar. Pizzas were very slow to come out as well. The waiter that we had was great even if he seem to have no support from the rest of the staff behind the counter. A manager that was more involved in customer service could have been great support for our waiter who was obviously trying to make the best of a bad situation. I’ve been to the restaurant several times for lunch when a different manager is on duty. What a difference. The lunch time manager is superb. He goes above and beyond to make sure you don’t have to wait for drink or food. So it’s not the restaurant or the staff as much as it is management style and management customer service. If you do try this Pizza Hut the food is great. If you are going to try it out I encourage you to do so during the lunch hour.

I love this Pizza Hut. The service is great and the food is always fresh and is clean and nice on the inside. The salad bar is good too! Love the wings and the price is great! They are under new management and they are doing a great job!! I highly recommend this Pizza Hut. They have a lunch buffet and on Tuesdays a dinner buffet and kids eat free for the dinner buffet.

I visited this location on July 20th, 2019. The service was the worst I have ever encountered. The waitress was rude and not attentive. Very poor attitude. The manager was clueless and did not know how to handle the situation. I ordered wings and they were very under cooked. Getting refills for the kids was like pulling teeth. Off duty employees were out of uniform, eating for free, and going in and out the kitchen area without required hair nets.This store has a lot of work to do and will never get another dollar from me.

The service was wonderful, but the p'zone left a lot to be desired. We purchased 3 p'zones,and had we taken what was inside all 3 and put it together we would have came up with enough for one. $20 and we basically got bread to dip in marinara sauce. That was awful for 2 adults that not eaten since lunchtime.
