Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is by far the cleanest, freshest, nicest, most professional chipotle that I have eaten at. I wish I could give this place 6 stars, it's those little things that set this place above the rest- stirring the mass amount of produce before each scoop so the flavor spreads evenly, straining the beans and salsa juices out of the scoop before adding it, grabbing a handful of cheese but sprinkling it evenly till I said when, asking for any last minute requests, it was the best experience I have ever had and you could taste the love. Amazing job!

Last night I ordered 2 chicken burritos, the worst I have ever eaten. They weren't chicken, I didn't ask for it to be spicy and one was, the tortilla was super hard that you couldn't even bite, it was cold and lacked ingredients. I think they didn't follow the steps to get it right because the order was ordered by DoorDash

The guy building my burrito bowl was stingy with the portions of everything including the cup of guacamole. He made sure to not fill the cup. Deliberate came up short on every condiment and the chicken. I let him make my order then I showed the manager. He half heartedly agreed that the portions were a little small and offered to add to it. I don't like being ripped off and I told him this is the smallest portions of any chipoltle in the county.Give credit for adding to my orserbut it's wrong how they are training the new people. If I say it was small. Believe me it was. You don't gain return customers this way. I'll give them one more chance.

I came in to use the restroom and buy a drink, but the line was really long. I waited a few minutes, and right when I decided to leave instead of waiting, one of the staff asked what she could help me with. She rang me up for the drink without making me wait for everyone else to order food and let me go on my way. You don't expect to feel seen or cared for at a fast food restaurant, but... here we are- I did. Great customer experience! Thank you!
