Starbucks

It's 2pm on a Sunday. None of the staff is smiling nor acknowledging anyone who walks in to the store. 3 separate employees look at me, but doesn't say hi. They all need a lesson on customer service. My order was mobile and wasn't ready. That's ok, but when it looked like they weren't busy, I walked up to the barista (2 of them) and asked if they received it. One looked at the other and he says "oh yeah, here it is" and starts to make it. I was only waiting aboit 5 minutes inside the store and no one asked me if I wanted to order, or if I was waiting for an order. Where's the supervisor? If you're the manager reading this, you need some good people here.
