Venus Ii

We went as a party of four at 7:30pm on the 4th of July, not expecting to get very good service or food. What happened was to the contrary. We got seated in under 10 minutes, restaurant was packed. Our server "MK" was cordial, attentive, fast and happy to be serving us. The bartender was exceptional. The food was very good. Overall everything went great, and the the staff were on their game. Great experience. We will be back, and we hope we get MK again!!

Went here on a Saturday night with a few friends. Expected to wait for a bit. Nope! We were sat right away. This definitely seems like a locals hangout. The waitress immediately came over and took our drink order. She was great the entire time. Very attentive. Drinks were great. My friend ordered a drink called "Scuba Steve" and said it was delicious. For an app we ordered the spinach artichoke dip. It was delicious. Very creamy. What I liked about it was there were no big chunks of artichoke hearts that you get at some other restaurants. For my meal, I ordered the buffalo chicken tacos and they did not disappoint. They were loaded with buffalo chicken, lettuce and onion. I am not ashamed to say that I ate all 3 tacos. I will definitely return.

Not the one to write a review and I know it's hard to find good help but I went with the girlfriend to grab some pizza and some drinks we got seated outside sat there for 20 min without anyone coming to ask if we wanted a drink or anything to eat when the waitress came out 3 times for the other table and 2 other waiters came out for their tables but never even introduced herself never acknowledge us once besides when we walked in and the hostess seated us. Very very disappointed so we went to the jetty restaurant across the street.

I got a pizza with no cheese, and added olives, spinach, broccoli, and mushrooms, at extra cost each. It was tasty, but the crust was skimpy, not chewy or fluffy. Would have been sweet to have the option to put vegan cheese on it, and would be great to see more clearly-labelled vegan dishes on the menu in general. One thing I forgot to ask was if the veggie toppings were cooked in butter, but it didn't seem like they were, luckily. They said there was no dairy in the tomato sauce.
