What a nice surprise in this small diner! The owner is very friendly and hard working taking orders, greeting customers and serving hot coffee! As my son said " OMG this is the BEST breakfast ever!" The pancake was big and the eggs taste like fresh farm eggs. The coffee kept being refilled instantly and all people were friendly inside, felt as we went in to visit our friends home. Highly recommend it! 😊 Come for the food stay for the ambiance and friendly service. 😉

This has to be the BEST mom and pop restaurant I’ve ever eaten at! The service is impeccable and the food is so dam GOOD! I moved to Iowa a few years ago and Craig’s food makes me feel like I’m home🤍 food for the soul is born here!!

Friendly service and on a more personal level, FAST, and extremely tasty foods. I came from Wisconsin to visit my dad and found this place no regrets I would come back and the owner was so kind and inviting.

We were looking for a diner style breakfast in Marshalltown & found a great little place that delivered exactly what we wanted. The menu was simple but offered everything you would expect a traditional diner to offer. Service was excellent & the food was too.

Awesome mom n pop place. Husband ordered pancakes, eggs and sausage and I had a cheeseburger. Pancakes were generous in size and very good. Sausage had good flavor. Cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and onion. Lots of toppings. Perfect.

What you'd expect of a small town diner. It has character and the people are interesting. Good coffee and honestly the best denver omelet I've had. I put Swiss cheese instead of American on it.
