I just wanna say thank you to the amazing clerk . she was a major life savor and helped us out somuch. If thereis any reward she should get it i didnt get her name bit thank you for helping me with the gas. Bless u and your family

As usual, Clerk is not paying attention to the situation and moved a head too fast so I couldn’t put in my phone number. Avoid cases when I can, they are not in traditional retail, largely staffed by a bunch of them should be factory workers who have no business serving the public.

Breakfast sandwiches are cold and taste freezer burnt and when they do have pizza in the mornings they have pepperoni or sausage not breakfast pizza at 5 am .

Just reopened after tornado destruction.. and customer service sucks. Wanted a pizza and was ignored. Made eye contact with the employee multiple times and not a single “May I help you?” Came out of her mouth. Smh.

So I went to this caseys today to get a beer and since my ID isn't from Iowa it's from a other state I'm from idaho by the way. They scanned it and in there machine said it's expired but my ID doesn't expires until 11\22\2021. All the other gas stations from marshalltown take my ID when it gets scanned besides Casey's gas station.
