I order thin crust pizzas to have less "bread" in my diet. I expect to get a giant cracker and I want it to have the same amount of sauce and cheese and toppings of a pan pizza. I'm disappointed 95% of the time. They skimp on sauce particularly. Overall they just can't get it right.

The manager named Ryan screams at the employees and degrades them and says they don't know how to do their job but refuses to help them learn. The way that he talks to the employees is so disgusting and horrible I cancelled my order completely. I won't be ordering from here anymore and I am turning this in to corporate.

Will give -100 stars if possible
Called many times, guy answer phone and after asking pick up or delivery, put on hold till phone get disconnected automatically
They really need good customer care training

I had a long wait and received my order almost 30 minutes after the time I was told it would be ready. After being told it was "being taken out of the oven still" I received it just barely warm. So maybe serve hot pizza after waiting so long!!

Actually the best pizza I think I have ever had! The service was excellent and the pizza ready exactly when they said it would be; It was hot, lots of bubbling cheese covered plenty of tasty toppings. The employees were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Good job Pizza Hut Manager and employees! We are lucky to to have you in Marshall!!!!!

Make sure the pizza is not overly cooked. Also I wanted the bread sticks to have cheese on them and that did not happen.

Well the menu had Sweet Chili wings but the restaurant didnt have them but other than that it was perfect
