All real from scratch soul food. Averything was really good. The employees are friendly and talkative and you can tell they really care about their family business. The food takes a few minutes, but that's because it's real food from real ingredients being made from scratch. not just stuff in a plastic bag that employees are reheating like most chain restaurants
The most delicious, take-out soul food dinner I've ever had. No joke. The catfish, hot water cornbread and greens was hot and delicious. The restaurant is very clean and the young lady that took my order was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for more!
Good food and the people are always nice.
Also they have great customer service. This a black owned place I will ALWAYS support. God bless yall and keep up the good work.
What a way to spend my beautiful Saturday Lunch Date with my hubby. Not only is this food DELICIOUS but the service is so attentive and pleasant. First time here but definitely will not be our last.
We enjoyed our meal of fried and grilled catfish. Perfectly seasoned. Some items were not as good as others but maybe it was the time of day. Will probably visit again.
I'm from AR, and stopped there because I love soul food! It's not usual that I like someone's dressing as much as my own; but Elisha's was very good! The yams were extra tasty (my fav)! Great customer service as well.
Down home country/soul food. The ox tails, greens, field peas w/okra and hot water cornbread was more than enough but save room for homemade banana pudding. Probably not the best place to go if you are dieting, the food is just like mama used to make.
First time here, SO delicious. Chicken fried steak, collared greens, mashed potatoes, fried okra, it was all amazing! We definitely needed to-go boxes afterwards!
