Made us order before even seeing the menu, then wouldn't let us add anything to the order after seeing menu. Didn't even get what we're did order correct all the way. Only saving grace was the fellow at the last. At least hr was polite and courteous.

It's not even about the hour my husband was trying order on Kiosk bcuz they don't take physical orders. That's what he was told by someone from behind the POS where you pay....
That was new to me and the only reason I did not get out was bcuz I wz dressed for the Drive-thru
n not inside.... that's why I stayed in my truck. I feel that they need major changes.... I didn't even eat bcuz it was cold when he came out with 3 different orders should have just been 3 combo boxes... one of the orders everything a la carte... of course that was my order..

You should have a way for people who order on the app to pick up without waiting. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait in line 45 minutes just to be told your out of half the food I ordered. Dine in still not open. This use to be my favorite location.

If this place ever got my order correct I would be so surprised. No matter the order or the time, they will forget something 100% of the time. You can pick up or order from door dash and it’s going to be wrong no matter what.

The worst Taco Bell on the westbank. Even worst than Manhattan Taco Bell. They let 8+ cars sit in the drive thru for 25+ minutes just to come out and tell everyone they were closed. Closed 3 full hours before they were supposed to close. I know you won’t lose business but I’m never coming back here ever again. The guys telling everyone they were closed were rude as hell for no reason.

Everytime I go there the line is long and the wait is outrageous, I think at night r if lobby is closed they should have a area for pick up for deliveries, we shouldn't have to wait in that long line. I had almost 15-20 cars in front of me last night. Not Kool. I dread going there....

My food was cold they have long lines, they take your order in the line and there is no menu visible you have to Guess what you want. They treat you as if you know the menu by heart. All the food was cold and did not seem to be fresh.

Food was okay but I sat in the drive thru for literally 45 min to get a mobile order I did at home. The counter is closed you have to sit in drive thru. I regret ordering. I always saw the line from the road when I drove by in the past as too long, and didn't know I couldn't go inside to pick up. If you don't have enough staff why stay open? Or why not open the lobby to mobile order pick ups?
