If you are using door dash to make deliveries than there shouldn’t be the option of paying with cash. And when the person delivers the food they need to know where they are going. It took my food extra long because the person that was delivering had no idea where my house was

The service was excellent! And also the pizza and the wings were ready when I got there...it was also hot and ready to eat. Anything we can do to save paper will help reduce the amount of trash going into landfills, and it will also reduce energy use and pollution associated with manufacturing, transporting, and recycling new paper products. So, from now on send the customer order receipts to that customer (s) email, please!!!

I wish that reviews based on outside delivery services weren't allowed. I placed an order online. Went to pick it up. Pizza was wonderful. Stuffed crust, it was crispy on the bottom, toppings spreadout, came out smelling and looking wonderful. It was my husband's birthday pizza so I didn't eat a slice on the way home.
Shoutout to the crew working 4/28, between 4-4:30pm.

I can't stand ordering from here I'd usually go to the Manhattan store. This location often does a poor job cooking and delivering all the items ordered and is always a long delivery time I was in Woodmere and it took over an hour to get my food. And the delivery guy tried to keep my change and over charge my son who received and paid for the order.

Its crucial to your business to make sure your staff is equipped with the proper knowledge on how to treat customers as well as run the restaurant to not drive off customers!! This location is a joke!

I placed my order at 4:40pm, it is now 6:00pm and I still have not received my food. This happens every time I order from pizza hut. When you are told 40-50 minutes for delivery and it takes double the time, there should be compensation. I will no longer be ordering from pizza hut.

Terrible service. I ordered at 536pm and 830 they said my order just left to be delivered. At 950 it still hadn’t arrived. I went to their store
I was given many excuses that placed blame on me. They should’ve just apologized and had my food but they did neither.
