My mom and I decided to go to this IHOP tonight, and I have to say that I had a wonderful time. The waiter that served us was absolutely wonderful, and whoever was in the back cooking did a phenomenal job with the pancakes and everything that we ordered. This restaurant is a little inconsistent and there wasn't a lot of people there, but I figured maybe that's just because it's a Sunday night. However reading through the reviews I know that there are some bad ones. It's 50/50 with this restaurant, but tonight I got the good 50 instead of the bad one. If you're looking for a good IHOP experience I would try the one in Harvey on Manhattan boulevard.

The food was good and our waiter was great, I ordered a fajita omlette with a waffle, but one of the staff members wore a bonnet while working and that alone turned me off. It's not professional. I'm not against wearing bonnets, I wear one myself in the comfort of my home but when I you're paid to do a job and are servicing people, this shouldn't happen.

The waitress we had was wonderful. The food was disgusting. There were not a lot of people there. Our food was extremely disappointing. My pancakes was half raw, the hashbrowns were Luke warm, the bacon wasn't fresh and my eggs tasted like sour milk was in it. My brothers food was raw and cold he's a Retired veteran and we couldn't bare to eat the food. The people in the kitchen was loud, ghetto, using profanity, and eating in the kitchen while cooking the food. They need a whole staff change 🙄. I will not go to this location again. The hot cocoa was the only thing that was fresh and good.

We waited to be seated while 2 workers argued over who was suppose to do it. Then sat for 20 minutes staring at servers then left no one took our order and waitress got mad and mouthy when we left, won't go back

I pondered on this for a minute before deciding to post .This location is terribly disappointing. I feel like the owners of ihop just grabbed whoever had a third grade reading level and said run this restaurant. Whoever is in charge either has zero clue about what it takes to successfully run a restaurant/business or just doesn't care what so ever. When they hire a halfway decent team member if they don't get with the same lazy, slack,$@ss poor way they do things they're gone this location is loud ,GHETTO and obnoxious and the doors should be closed permanently from what I understood my server will be promoted in the up coming months which is a huge mistake she couldn't keep our orders straight we were constantly asking for our syrup and condiments and to top everything off she had the nerve to complain to a co-worker that her tip wasn't good enough!!!!! The food was terrible but if our service was at least halfway decent a 15 percent tip would have been left. Get it together ihop !!!!!!!!

Attention ownership! As a consumer who never complains this one is difficult for me to post but information needs to be passed on to future customers of Ihop Marrero. When you eat somewhere you are in control of peoples food… they have 2 young men walking around in hoodies no uniforms and literally 2 customers asked if they work there. There is no leadership what so ever ! I know in this day In age it’s hard to find employees but excuses are in fact only excuses. As far as the food it’s breakfast not there hard to screw up. The employees were acting like it was slammed there were four tables total lol.

seriously, dont bother coming here. they absolutley do not want your business. we were heading to a swamp tour so we wanted to get take out for 7 people to eat in the car. we were trying to order 30+ minutes ahead of getting there. the online system wasn't working so i called and tried to place a take out order. once they heard we were ordering for 7 people, the GENERAL MANAGER said they didnt want our take out business and that if we wanted their food, we had to dine it. like they didn't have the capacity for 7 take out orders. so i told my friends that and they tried to place orders in 3-4 people instead. they either hung up on them or disconnected their phones. i cannot believe this is the customer service that they have. just go to panera down the street. it's better anyway.
