Vast number of experiences in this place that entirely depends on your work crew that you get and the business of the store. I've had completely rude waiters/waitresses but also had some with an entirely polar opposite positive attitude. Food is your typical sonic fast-food. Don't expect creme of the crop when coming here. Your side can be cold or it can be fresh from the line.

Pushed button once waited so long the button went back to inactive. Pushed it again they answer and put me on "hold" which is not a thing for a sonic drive in. Pushed the button again and got told "I'll be right with you" waited for another 10 min then they finally got back to me to get my order this was at 7:16 pm 2022 July 8th

I usually don't eat after Chemo but today I said LET ME TRY SOMETHING and being that Sonic is a block away from my house I stopped there to get JUMBO popcorn chicken and baby HALF OF THE CHICKEN WAS HARD AS A BONE. I called they insisted I GET UP AND COME BRING IT BACK TO THEM TO FIX IT as if I haven't been at treatment all morning. Attached is a photo where I tried OPENING them so you all could see the DRIED insides. Hardest popcorn chicken I've ever tried biting in my life.

Horrible everything about my visit. I used 2 love this sonic but this was my 1st time here in a while n u can believe I won't be back. They definitely need 2 send their manager 2 some training courses on how 2 run a business n handle her customers.

Sat in drive thru for 40 mins just to get a double cheeseburger and chili cheese tator tot. Will not do it again.

Worse Sonic I have ever been to. Sat at the speaker for 10 mins in the drive thru and nobody said anything. Pull around to the window and sit for another 10 mins where I am still ignored. Horrible management and staff!!!

Sonic in Marrero on Barataria is very slow and rude! Waited 25 min before anyone acknowledged that I was there upon multiple attempts.
