DO NOT GO HERE! just go to one of the ones in west Memphis. 50/50 shot on if your order will be right. Very rude employees. The middle age black lady manager with the real short hair is extremely rude to customers. They close one of the drive thru lines in the evening usually. I waited in line for 10 minutes and made it to the menu. The car in front of me ordered and pulled up. A late teens early 20s black male employee pushed some things up to close that lane. He told me to go back to the end of the line which was behind like 6 or 7 cars. I asked to go ahaed snd order since ive already been waiting and didnt want to get back at the end of the line and i was already at the menu. He laughed and told me to go to burger king. This happened the night of 4-23-22. They close around12:30 A.M. or whatever time they pick for the night and open back up around 5:30 A.M.

They just reopened this place to be redone and that's said cause it's been closed inside for 2 years or longer so that tells you something about management.They say it's a 24 hour store but they are closed more than they are open. If you go in the mornings u sit in line and you pray someone will answer you cause I have sat there for 10 minutes without anyone saying a word. Went there on 5/9/22 and sit there and sit there and finally a couple people walked out the back door and we asked was they open and they say no because the manager is not there. I will never ever go back to that place. And the people are very rude and the food is cold when I have got it.

The manger refused to provide toilet tissue for the bathroom! Then refused to come back to the front to resolved the issue. I was tempting to call corporate, but we're were on vacation and the hassle didn't seem worth it. Anyway, this is a much better outlet for the public to know the truth! We wound up using wipes from the car. That's right, they never gave us the toilet paper!!! The restaurant was filthy!!! So we didn't even bother to order anything although we were hungry! I have never been so disappointed with a McDonald's experience and I doubt that I will ever return.

I’m only giving one start to write a review. The crew at this establishment is ALWAYS rude. I live nearby and my kid wants a happy meal at least twice a week. You can tell it’s high school kids, but that’s still no excuse. I worked at McDonald’s as a teen and I get the stress of the job from time to time, but it’s like they are never having a good day. I’m over it at this point.

Honestly this McDonald's should not even deserve one star. I hardly go to this McDonald's because they are always rude but tonight I came to this location and I ordered 3 quarter pounders with cheese and when I got home to check my food it was cold. The bread was hard the sandwiches all together where old and I was unable to eat them. I live in Crawfordville,AR and I wasn't going to be able to come back to this location for a refund or at least a remake for fresh food and I shouldn't have to if they would have serviced me with fresh food in the frist place. This will be the last time I come here and I do not recommend anyone to eat here.

Service was not bad. Recieved a big mac made incorrectly.was missing a beef patty . not a complainer but it was not what I ordered.Quarter pounder was very very greasy.This McDonald's has the reputation of hit n miss. Sometimes its excellent and sometimes its not. Today it was not. Hit like in my comment if you agree.
