O'charley's

I had an appetizer that featured stuffed crabmeat bites that were divine. Also popcorn shrimp. Enjoyed a $4 Margarita that was very good. I am pleased to say the server was SO NICE! My friend had a great salad with chicken, oranges, strawberries cranberries, sugared pecans and blue cheese. It was nice to see smiling faces and receive our food promptly. Can't wait to go again.

WOW! What a great restaurant. Our server was so friendly and attentive to our party of seven. He suggested some great appetizers, (fried pickles) and a combo platter. The cajun shrimp scampi was amazing! Also the combo of chicken strips/ribs equally outstanding! Just a overall great experience! We were traveling from Florida back to Wisconsin from spring break, so Marion Illinois was a good place to spend the night. So glad we found O'Charley's! Best comfort food we had all spring break!

I use to eat at O'Charley's in Cape Girardeau and in a few other places when I see them. Sadly they closed up in Cape. I was over in Marion getting my phone repaired and saw a Charlie's decided to try them as I have not eaten there in awhile. The place was busy and service was fairly good. Ordered a Blt sandwich and side salad with a sweet ice tea. The rolls were great as always. Food came fairly fast and was not bad overall but the sandwich lacked flavor and was a tad small? Salad was good as well as the ice tea, waitress was nice overall. Only issue I had was the price was a few buck more (higher) than what was listed on the menu. Overall not bad but the sandwich was not great gave it a 75%.

O Charley's restaurant is delicious. This is our third time here. Each time we got the same meal. Filet Mignon with double broccoli. Cooked medium rare to perfection. The strawberry lemonade is deliciously sweet. I drank three and took one home. We got the chicken tortellini soup which was very tasty with the free bread provided. Ended the meal with a French silk pie. Sweet and crunchy. Wish I got pictures of the steak and soup but my appetite got the best of me. 🥩🥣🥣🥩

Great place to take the kids an have a great meal together, we had the best time, it was my daughter in laws birthday there were 11vof is a we just laughed an talked an had a good time, the food was great, the waiter was amazing he did such a good job taking care of us, can't thank them enough, even other guest there chimed in with us some took our phones an took pictures for us. Fantastic place

Very disappointed. Order 4 items. My bacon cheeseburger which was supposed to medium rare was well done. Why ask a customer how they want it cooked if you aren't going to cook it that way? Ironically my fried pickles were not cooked all the way. I had high hopes for them since they are close to my work but will not go back.

The workers have little attention to detail, and show no concern for making dishes correctly. Not just ingredients, but presentation as well. I can go 40 miles to the one in Paducah and bam.... Hardly do they ever disappoint. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich last week, and they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich with very little fries. I called and complained about the switch up. The manager made it right by making me a whole fresh order and gave me a coupon. So I go back the next week and order a chicken tender salad. What I received was a salad with maybe half of a chicken tender, shredded not sliced, with a quarter cup of bacon bits wrapped in a piece of tin foil. When you look at their online menu it clearly shows more than just a little piece of chicken tender shredded up. I know that the dishes that I was served could not fetch the dollar amount that they were asking, any day. I went back in immediately to complain, because I opened the to-go container and didn't see chicken tenders on top. The lady explained that they were wrapped in the tin foil, and I was thinking "How could you fit multiple chicken tenders into a small piece of tin foil"? They didn't.... Won't go back and I'm in the process of contacting corporate management. I've seen workers on Snapchat and looking down at there phones after returning from the back. Then immediately click out and process my payment so obviously wasn't on break. Just do your job correctly as a cook or don't cook, simple. Many other places are hiring 😅
