"App order didn't show up" double checked location. Was told to cancel and retry so I got out of line as to not hold it up and do so. Would no longer let me order since it was now an hour before close. Had a 5$ coupon. Tried going in line again and explained my issue. They ignored me and someone else talked and asked if they could take my order so I asked to speak to manager. I explained my situation and all I got in response was "we're out of beef". I waited 40 seconds in silence to see if he was going to say anything else and then said thanks and left. Drove 30 minutes round trip out of the way as nowhere else was open 2hours past midnight. I would of happily ordered something else if I could of at least had an apology and an attempt to make things right. Guess I'm just gonna avoid taco bell from now on as the customer service is repeatedly bad in addition to almost every order I've had missing items.

Erin was the best! We came back home to see family and went out for Taco Bell breakfast. She was super patient with our huge party ordering a lot of different food options, everything was perfect, and she was really friendly with our kiddos. Feels good to be back home!

Definitely not friendly in the drive thru. They make you feel like your interrupting whatever their doing. Which is minimal. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to work there, but what happened to customer service, kindness and pride in your work?

I ordered in drive up. I was happy to hear that they don't have the senior discounts. But then after the I received my order I noticed that I didn't receive all of my order. So I had to take extra time that I didn't plan on and go back through the drive up window and tell them they didn't give it to me. They acted like it was a problem but they gave it to me with what looked like they didn't want to be there that day. Then when I got my Ciniman Twist replacement it wasn't even 12 full and they handed it to me without putting it in a sack. Not very satisfied.

I was rushed in the drive through, every time I said an item they asked, is that all, or anything else, and I hadn’t even had a moment to say the next thing. They were out of several items as well. At the window, they missed the whole order and gave me one item, then when I told them they gave us our food and a few things were still missing when we got home. The quesadilla was just steak and shredded cheese was not their normal blend.

I love Taco Bell but this location is not the most desirable. The dining room is dirty and the kitchen looks pretty unsanitary. Employees definitely aren't proficient in customer service, but then again it's Taco Bell.

First off, the lobby is closed but no sign or anything to let you know. Second your drive-thru workers could be a little bit more courteous. Order two chalupa boxes didn't get a single chalupa 🤦 This location needs to do better, will definitely not come here again 👎

I ordered 3 hard shell tacos with a Mountain Dew and two softshell tacos and 10 packets of fire sauce, The only thing they got right was the Mountain Dew, you can’t even go inside to try and get your order fixed, you can’t call because all you get is a message. I just don’t understand how hard it is to read and count!
