Ihop

Service very slow, food wasn't very hot. When I got additional pancakes, from all you can eat, they didn't supply another fork. I had to go to the checkout and ask for one. Wanted ice tea with lemon, got tea without lemon. Only one waitress and very few customers. So it wasn't busy. Accidentally dropped my spoon on the floor, waitress said I will get you another, it never came. I've been to many Ihops, doubt will come back to this one. In Marion, Indiana.

This IHOP wasn't busy the Saturday morning before mothers day. Took our granddaughter and two others for breakfast. Unfortunately our food was cold. Apparently our waitress apologized for the food order. The basic problem is that there was other waitstaff talking on their cellphones. Not caring to take the order off and bring it to the table. The dayshift manager came to the table and apologized also. I agree that IHOP food is absolutely good, but this trip to the Marion Indiana IHOP was absolutely terrible. Probably will not go there anymore.

Half hour after we ordered our food the waitress came out to say they were out of what I ordered so had to order something else almost left then but we actually was acknowledged and ceded this time last time the waitresses cussed very loudly in front of us about having to set people we didn't actually get set we ended up leaving after 20 minutes of waiting. Probably should've left this time waitress was slow and food wasn't even cooked correctly but was too hungry to complain after waiting for breakfast food for an hour.

We went to this place on 2/26/2022 time was 7:15p.m. stood at the waiting area for 10 minutes before some one even acknowledged we were there. Asked how many we said there was 5 in our group. Stood there another 3 minutes while the girl and a Male employee were arguing about who was going to wait on us. We could hear every word they were saying. We walked out and went up the road to Applebees where we had one of the best meals we've had in a long time. No I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very short staffed. Our waitress was very busy. They had 2 waitresses for the whole restaurant on a Saturday evening. I ordered biscuits and gravy and after 20 min.the waitress tells me they are out of that what would like instead. Food came 30 min after we ordered. My ham was hardly warm and she told my husband his pancakes weren't done yet and she would bring them right out. He was done with the food she had brought out for him then his pancakes came not very warm. We didn't complain because it took us long enough to get our food. This is the 2nd time we have eaten here and had bad service so we wont be going back. Waitress was so busy she never checked back to see if our food was ok or if we needed anything else.

If I could give 0 I would . Thought this was a one time thing but the last 2-3 times I’ve came here, I haven’t been served for at least 20 minutes. Employees just sitting around hitting vapes inside at the table . Been here for 45 minutes with no food brough out and an empty dining room. They didn’t bring my milkshake, I ordered 4 pancakes and got 1 … place is full of lazy people . Go to Taco Bell or a gas station before here
