Jimmy John's

I’ve ordered from this place 3 times. I always pay an extra $2 for extra avocado and they never give me that. Each time I’ve received my sandwich there’s barely any avocado on it. Very disappointing paying extra for something and not getting it. I also request my sandwich be cut in half but of course it never is. Please learn to follow directions, I’m a paying customer. Do better!

Order online at your own peril. Once is a fluke but several times is not. Seems the last few times I order online there is an issue. Once the order was delivered to the wrong address and then once I did get the order it was wrong. Now I’ve ordered and out of two sandwiches I ordered I only received one and the options I was given was to go pick it up or receive a credit. Jimmy you need to do better.

I order delivery from this store quite often for the people in my office. The food is always great, its delivered quickly and I have never had anything be messed up or made incorrectly- NOT ONCE! The staff is always super nice too. Good job guys! Thanks for the consistently good service and quality, its much appreciated.

ordered online as I was pressed for time. After ordering online by ASAP it said order would be ready by 12:44. Arrived on time and gave ticket number and name to person working there. I waited 15 minutes and still no order but noticed people in line getting all their orders. I asked again as I saw some to go orders sitting on shelf and he pointed to one saying this would be your order coming up. I told him for Mike and then said why was it taking so long as I ordered online with time it was to be ready. He just shrugged his shoulders and said he had a bunch of people that came in. Waited another 6 minutes then he said here is your order. I walked out the door then looked in the bad and it wasn't the right order. Went back inside and told this guy this wasn't my order. Another worker came over and said...what name was on the order. I told him Mike and he said oh it's right here. The other worker said. Oh I thought you said a different name. I told him I said my name "Mike" twice. Employees needs to do his job to double check, as I wasted over 20 minutes

I'm a regular here and have been there in slow and fast times. The crew is always welcoming and friendly! I've noticed in busy times they're doing everything they can to keep customers happy and get the sandwiches out on time. They're hard workers but show that they make a good team. There's always good communication for putting orders together, what goes on the sandwiches, and what other tasks need done in the store. They always put the customer first. The masks can make it a little difficult to hear, but they're patient and take the time to understand what you're wanting, even if everything around them is crazy busy. Love that.

We get Jimmy John's pretty regularly. Delivery is always quick and quality is you know, Jimmy John's... it's whatever. But the thing that gets me every time is their inability to get your order 100% correct ever. I think once out of the thousand times we've ordered everything was completed as asked. So it's Jimmy John's... Just don't expect them cut your sandwich in half (almost never is done even though we check it every time) or remember your mayo packets or something. K I'm gonna eat my uncut sandwich now.
