I've enjoyed a lot of brisket in my sixty-something years. TODAY is the first time I've ever been served MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH brisket!
Everything & everyone was amazing! The hush puppies were off the charts!

We were a party of 11. I did call ahead to let them know. No problems, no hesitation from the person answering the call. We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival. Food was served quickly, it was hot, fresh and excellant. Servers were pleasant and came by several times to check on our progress. Thanks for the excellant lunch

BBQ is great, Chicken fingers were good, Vegetables were all good. Chicken salad croissant, has way too much mayonnaise. Just passing thru but would definitely be a favorite if close to home.

Always an excellent choice when we are in the area. Finally figured out the secret ingredient to their barbecue, it's PATIENCE! Tender and tasty every single time. Homemade sauces and sides are the perfect compliment to your main dish selection. Usually to full for dessert because portions are generous but they are always happy to let us get it to go. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is genuinely interested in making sure you are satisfied with your experience. Highly recommend.

We took the senior citizens from church here on our way back from Mt Mitchell. Every one seemed to enjoy their meal. I got the double cheeseburger and my wife got the regular BBQ plate. The service was great and they brought the food out quickly.

Great Food. Tried the Barnyard and it was very tasty. Grilled Chicken Salad could have had a warm chicken breast. Gave 4 stars simply for the fact that they need a professional water filtration system as the water has a strong chlorine taste. This effects the taste of all drinks. If they had a filtration system on their water I would surely give 5 stars. Heck, I would give 6 if I could.

Stopped in Marion for the night while traveling. This restaurant was a wonderful surprise. Friendly service, casual, and absolutely delicious food. We had the BBQ pork, collard greens, mashed potatoes, hush puppies. Everything was fantastic. Would surely recommend!

I recently used Countryside to cater my wedding and oh my god it was INCREDIBLE. Everyone was raving about the food, especially the brisket!
From the beginning communication was always smooth and prompt. Jennifer was more than happy to answer any questions I had. I hate that i didn’t get to talk to the staff more on the day of but i want to say a huge thank you to Jennifer and all of the Countryside staff that helped make my day incredible!
