Taco Bell

Every time I have come here it takes 15-20 minutes for my order to be taken… employees walk by cleaning the lobby or act like they don’t see me . The lobby is a mess with trash on the floor and things someone could potentially trip over. I did an online order recently and came by and they had the windows covered and never answered the phones. I assume they were short staff but this is acceptable. It took 15 minutes before someone asked if I have been helped.

Terrible customer service! This Taco Bell never has any pizzas... Why do they have a Pizza Hut if making a pizza is too difficult? This Taco Bell's line is ridiculously long, and they will not let you add on an item at the window, not even a simple bean and cheese burrito. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, they would not accommodate me and closed the window while I was talking. So rude!

Rude bottom of the barrel fast food employees. 45 minute drive through weights to get slopped together burritos that leak out the bottom. This place has made me swear off Taco Bell all together. I have a $40 gift card I refuse to use because this place is such a nightmare. The owner/manager should be embarrassed and I hope they go bankrupt. But of course they won't because idiots keep lining up 20 cars long to wait an hour for a $5 burrito that's really worth nothing. Why is Burger King the only half decent fast food establishment in this sad excuse for a wannabe Beach town.

DONT EAT HERE ! For the past two years this place has offered terrible service, rude associates, sub par food (and that’s saying something for a Taco Bell). They routinely get orders wrong or completely leave out items. The line is always incredibly long. Going inside to pick up orders doesn’t help, associates ignore customers. They aren’t able to cancel orders that are made on the app (what even is that?!). They run out of items and don’t offer replacements, refunds, or any type of compensation.

Placed an order for in-store pickup. Get there and the lobby is closed. If I had known I wouldn't have ordered. Meanwhile the drive thru line is long and wrapping around the parking lot... I had to sit in the drive thru for 30+ mins to pick up my order!!! I just wanted to get my food and it's not even hot anymore. Take off the in-store pickup if you guys are going to have the doors locked!

Another visit, another forgotten item. By far the worst fast food establishment I have ever encountered. Full of rude teenagers that are angry they have to do their job. On the bright side, at least they gave me a couple potatoes with my cup of sour cream and drop of cheese. Definitely needed 20 sauce packs for my two burritos too. Makes the 25 minute wait at the drive-thru window all worth it. On multiple occasions the employee slip up and use McDonald's menu terminology. They just bounce around these fast food places thinking they're better than the only industry that will hire them.
