Blaze Pizza

This is the third time I’ve been here over the last two years, and I can’t say third time’s a charm. Besides the young man who came out and helped us determine which of their GF crusts are also egg-free (I have newly discovered allergies) *every other* staff member seemed to consider my presence a bother. I was there around 3pm today, not another customer in sight, and they still couldn’t muster any effort towards customer service. All this AND they’re out of bacon?! If we hadn’t already gone through the hassle with the crust selection and the said crust wasn’t already smeared with pesto and barely sprinkled with vegan “cheese”, I probably would have just left. I should have just left.

Went tonight with my boy and we loved it. Great pizza and the staff tonight was just fantastic. Thanks to the lovely girl who patiently took our order from my 6 year old and to the cashier, Ivan, who discussed my son’s name with him at length and made we him feel very cool and special! Awesome customer service!

We use the online ordering service on the website and not only are the prices stellar, but everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and got to us hot. It was also incredibly easy to order online using Blaze’s website—easier than other delivery platforms. We are never disappointed with Blaze pizza in Marina!

We've been here several times before, but this was the best experience. As always it was super long wait getting to the pizza counter, but the man Behind the counter acknowledged my 3 year old, and that was HUGE for him. Even fixed the pizza when my son told him it wasn't a good job. Then the cashier/pizza cutter cut half of the pizza into toddler manageable slices, without me asking. No one has ever done that for us. Just above and beyond service today and I didn't get anyone's name

I was able to eat there twice now, the 1st time was just a casual time, got a regular pizza with artichokes, it was alright. The 2nd time was not too long ago, but it was for a fundraiser on my kids school so I already know it's gonna be busy. I was there 30mins early and I was 4th or 5th in line so I was like ok it's not too bad, I spoke too soon coz it took an hour and a half just for them to take my order, and also it took them 10mins to make my pizza which was decent but it was just not up to my expectations. This time I ordered a little customized pizza for better flavor but the crust was overcooked almost like a tortilla chip, the toppings was ok not bad not good either. All in all, I think it's a nice decent pizza place, but I don't think I'm gonna be like oh I want some Blaze Pizza for tonight.
