Just paid $18 for two #1s in Alpine TX. Waited 20 minutes for our order that was wrong once we finally got it and one of the burgers was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. We couldn’t eat it. We would have taken it back, but we have an eight hour drive ahead of us and do t have another 20 minutes to wait. There was one other person in the restaurant and it was early so it wasn’t that they were busy. I wish I could give this no stars.

Burger was cold cheese not even melted. Fries were old cold. Onions tomatoe and pickles all on one side of the bun. Food is usually not bad considering it’s a fast food restaurant. But very disappointed today, especially when your pretty hungry 😟

Food was decent, banana split was delicious. First time to this location and it was bigger then I expected for a small town joint. Staff was nice, but did have to wait quite a while for my order, roughly 25 minutes.

It was horible the maneger is rude to the employees the bathrooms are dirty as hell one employee didnt even make anything right she was inpatient and looked at us ugly she alo made all the icecream wrong and was the rudeist person even with her nickado avocado looks

Customer service is low. They laugh while they take your order and take forever to give you your order. Waits 15 to 20 minutes to come to the window to take payment forgets to give you your drinks.. for a small town who does not have many choices of food I give this place a negative -0 not even a 1.

Got the wrong order. Chicken strips were so cold, old and tough the dog wouldn't eat them. Cold old fries! Couldn't even get money back cause the worker was so unattractive!

Ordered a texas sized combo of betbuster and a banana sundae. Order came nearly half hour after I ordered. The french fries was supposed to be large size but I was served a regular size. The food, especially the fries were cold. The taste of the patty was bland and the edges were cold. It looked like it was not heated properly. The banana Sundae I ordered literally had a unsliced banana that was going bad. Never had such a bad experience at a chain shop.

Walked up to door at 9, hour before they closed and doors were locked with people dining inside. Went through drive through, had to wait 20 mins only to be told no ice cream was available.
