We had a great experience at The Water Stop. The young ladies working were very friendly and attentive while being super busy. We tried a little of everything, pulled pork sandwich, steak, rotisserie chicken, wedge salad, bruschetta, fries and the margaritas! I hope to visit again when I’m back for a visit.

We had an early dinner here on our way north from BIg Bend area. The burrata with tomatoes and artichokes and baguette was delicious. The green chili burger had just enough heat. I enjoyed a nice glass of red wine from a thoughtful wine list and wish I’d had more time to try a cocktail or two. The vegan chocolate mousse was a sweet way to finish off a nice meal. We ate on the patio which is lovely but inside is also cozy and elegant. Our servers were friendly and attentive. Such a treat!

Cool funky vibe reminds me of some of the great Portland bars from the 90's early aughts. Food was fantastic, and service as well. Outdoor seating is perfect.

The service was pretty quick for us. You get to seat yourself so we decided to sit out on the shaded patio. The food was not incredible but it wasn't bad either. It was just meh. I had the black bean burger with a side of very dry, burnt fries (but the seasoning on them was pretty good). The interior was nice, plenty of plants.

What a pleasant surprise! Don’t hesitate to come out and chill on the patio for a delicious lunch. Hand cut fries perfect seasoned and a delicious chicken sandy on a brioche bun. This is a top 5 chicken sandwhich in Dallas let alone Marfa. The salad was light and refreshing for a warm spring afternoon.

Great food, service, and hours
It had great food and service. The waitress was kind and very quick. The food was great. We got green chili hamburger for dinner and the spice chicken sandwich which were both flavorful.
They had alot of indoor and outdoor seating.
It also one of the only places open all week for lunch and dinner.

The best spicy chicken sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. People are kind, and the place has a western vibe, the whole ambience of this place is really good, it makes this place so special. The schedule is a little difficult but if you plan in advance you can have your lunch in there. It is on the main road at the entrance of Marfa. Bon appetite!

Good food, great drinks, immaculate vibes. Overall a great spot, I loved the decor and cozy and vintage feel. The service was good especially because they seemed super busy. The pesto chicken pasta was pretty tasty, but definitely try the burrata and artichoke tapenade. Amazing! The wedge salad was a perfect entree too. The prickly cactus ranch water was super refreshing, and the gin basil drink was delicious as well. Not too sweet, not too strong. Perfect. Awesome place in Marfa, definitely don't miss it!
