We were here yesterday and today. Had excellent Burger and the Barrelman Poutine. Burger bun was super soft and the patty was on point, medium as ordered. Poutine is the best I've eaten so far. Very nice service on both days. We would definitely come back, unfortunately we are leaving tomorrow....

Foods excellent, service leaves many things to be desired.
I prefer dealing directly with the chef(awfully nice) made possible by the inattentiveness of the waitstaff.
The only time they seem to have any focus is when your tipping and there looming over the payment screen pressuring you...

I like the vibe on this place generally. They have a great beer selection, even if it's a little IPA heavy. The food is the real revelation here. The menu is smart with unique takes on staple menu items like their braised buffalo chicken wings. They taste terrific, but are so different from your standard wing experience.
If there is a knock on this joint it's the condition of the bar. It's run down and feels dirty, even if it's not. The service makes up for that, but not completely. Great stop on your Marblehead pub crawl, to be sure.

Went here recently since they updated their menu. Chef is great. Got the caesar salad with steak tips, taste just like my dad’s. Good home cooked food with a nice little twist. Feels like you went to your friends house and they made you some good bbq. Nice little place. Good place to watch a game or get a drink too.
