Food is pretty standard for a breakfast joint. And the service was good. First cup of coffee came out lukewarm which was disappointing and the sausage was a bit overcooked but it's hard to get bad sausage. It's a nice local joint.

Both my husband and I were more than satisfied with our meals. I got the Eggs Benedict, and my husband got the Corned Beef Hash, the REAL deal, no canned stuff here. The best I've ever had.

First time at this place yesterday - it was great! Shrimp were large and perfectly breaded, service was friendly and prompt. One of the few remaining true old Keys spots. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I had breakfast. The nova lox was a very big portion with a nice kinda-thin bagel. Very fresh. Grits were delicious and buttery. He had French toast, eggs, and sausage, all good. Fast and friendly service, too.

Lots of menu choices besides the fresh fish found on every menu in Marathon. Chicken, pasta, great salads too. I had French Onion soup & house side salad which was a full serving. Beer & wine & some wine cocktails (no hard liquor). Great waiter - happy all the time!

When vacationing in Marathon we’re always looking for a good breakfast place….who would’ve thought 7 Mile Grill! So so good, service was great, the omelette I had was awesome and their corn beef hash was the best I’ve ever tasted. We will definitely be adding 7 Mile Grill to our favorites in the future….or should I say next year when we come down again. Oh almost forgot the live jazzy tunes in the background made our day.

The first time here in marathon and we decided to come here for breakfast! The waitress was absolutely wonderful!!
I got the eggs Benedict and the biscuit with gravy and my oh my was it the best we ever had ! Everything is fresh !
We came back to have dinner food and I got the chicken parm and the fried grouper sandwich and again the best we ever had!!
We got to try the corn beef and hash and I’m pretty sure that’s what heaven taste like !!
This has become our spot now I highly recommended!!

An old-fashioned quick order diner. Staff was prompt, and the breakfast was tasty and greasy. The diner has indoor/outdoor seating. The bathroom could use a cleaning, but overall, the place was a good stop for simple good food that doesn't empty the wallet.

Just happened to stop in for a drink and appetizer, when we were happily greeted and never left. Food and drinks are great. Aptomphere is wonderful. We will be back, probably for breakfast before we leave tomorrow. Thank you for your hospitality.
