This was BY FAR the best overall experience I've ever had at a restaurant. From the moment we stepped in and were greeted, we knew we chose the right place. Linda was delightful and attentive, and her service perfectly complimented the food. The food - WOW. The warm bread and fried mozzarella apps tasted unique in the best way. The chicken parmigiana was cooked to perfection. The marina sauce was especially exquisite. Then there was the tiramisu. I've never had one like what was served here, between the phenomenal taste and presentation. I'm afraid that this experience has now ruined all other Italian places for me. I cannot recommend Frank's Grill enough. He is one talented chef and even personally greeted us and made sure we enjoyed everything.

I'm not the biggest fan of Italian because the flavors don't excite me much, HOWEVER let me tell you....this is not only the BEST Italian food I've ever had, the fried mozzarella and chicken Alfredo were one of the best meals I've had in a while! The amount of flavors you experience and the continuous burst of deliciousness after every bite is simply perfection. To top it off, Linda our waitress provided us with endless laughs and attentiveness from the moment we entered. Frank the owner also stopped by our table to finalize the perfect experience. Frank's Grill was unexpected. From the moment we walked in the door we were enveloped in a welcoming environment and the ultimate atmosphere. Our server, Linda, was HILARIOUS, informational, personable, and attentive. The food, ah the food. SO good. From the fresh and warm ciabatta to the phenomenal Alfredo sauce made fresh to order. Ended the night with the homemade cannoli that is made stuffed to order. Frank himself came out to ensure we were enjoying our meal. This is a hidden gem in the Florida Keys. Definitely will return! The meal (mussels diavolo on pasta) was very good and spicy. Not to hot, just perfect. And the bread is so, so deliciouse!
The stuff is very friendly and make an effort to fulfill all wishes.
Only the outside area could be more comfortable if you separated it from the parking lot with plants.

The food is amazing! Homemade Italian pasta and the bread is delicious. You won't be disappointed. I had the meat ravioli and it was scrumptious.

The food is consistently out-of-this-world. We eat at Frank's at least three times a year during lobster season. We either ask for Linda or Ed. Linda is very good and can be cheeky, that is what we love about her. Ed is quick and efficient. Can't say enough about the place or the staff. Frank's not too bad in the kitchen either...wink wink!

Our BEST meal in the keys in 5 days! This is where locals eat! We are probably going back again before we leave. Call and get a reservation before you go. The owner is cooking and it is soo worth it! WHAT A FIND! This is a GREAT Italian Restaurant. This is not the usual Marathon Florida Keys fare. The food is EXCEPTIONAL! The service is OUTSTANDING! When you need a change from the TIKI Bar environment, this is THE PLACE to go. The pastas are legit. The seafood is absolutely representative of Marathon but done in Italian. This is probably one of the greatest Marathon treasures…This is a must!
