Dairy Queen (treat)

I recently came through the drive thru at this Dairy Queen, and the employee working at the time was excellent. She had the kindness of asking me if I wanted my blizzards in a to go cup, which I've never been asked before at Dairy Queen. It was truly the best drive thru experience I've had at this Dairy queen I believe that the employee that served me mentioned that her name was Serena, thank you Serena!

Was trying to order a dip chocolate cone, calmly asked the cashier to please may I have a chocolate dipped cone three times and in the end I did not receive it. Do you want to be treated badly by young managers, young cashiers or even people that like to speak over you this is where to go. I have never had a problem with dairy queen at this location, I’ve always had great service and yet today was not one of those days. If the employees call my managers or anybody there are having a bad day, they really need to never take it out on customers who go there every other weekend or every day just to receive a treat for a family member or even a pet (pup cup) Not sure if I’m going to be returning there, definitely not going to be recommending family members that come visit in town.

My teens wanted a late night Dairy Queen treat so we checked the website which stated it closed at 10:30 pm so we all loaded in the car and headed to Dairy Queen. Pulled up at 10:07pm and the worker informed us they closed at 10pm. I stated the website states 10:30 on Friday and Saturday and was informed "Well it's wrong" in a rude tone. This isn't the 1st nor the 2nd poor customer service experience at this location 😕 3 strikes, you're out!
