Oh My Gosh! I just love In-N-Out. The burgers were freshly cooked and the shoestring French fries were delicious. Loved this location! Friendly staff, clean lobby, AND clean restrooms. Easy access to and from I-10.

First time eating at In-n-out and we were looking forward to the experience. They are a burger and fries place, pain and simple. Their special sauce was like thousand islands dressing, so I loved it. My wife had hers as a lettuce wrap instead of on a bun.

For my first experience, always eating whata. The food is more clean and has no grease compared to others 👁👄👁🤚

As always staff here was over the top friendly and happy to help. They made me feel welcome and made me want to eat more food. It was very busy in here but that’s because it’s so good. They keep the place very clean as well so it feels good to sit inside and eat. Best In-N-Out in Tucson.

I bought 2 hamburgers and both were raw, called customer service and they said they would mail me 2 free gift cards for 2 meals combos. Cooks should slow down a bit.

We went to the restaurant with high expectations, especially since we’ve been clients since forever, having to gone to multiple establishments across the states. I pretty dissatisfied and disappointed of the service received in the Arizona franchise. We waited for quite a long time for our food despite the fact that they were sending out other people’s orders. This caused us to ask them to kindly reheat our food, to which they rejected our request. Being a fan of the chain, I think they really need to improve the quantity of the service at this location.

In and out burger always loves up to it's reputation delicious, affordable, and super friendly staff. I brought an out of state friend here and they said it lives up to the hype 💯 for them. So it's not just our local brainwashing.

The best burgers and fries I've had in a long time! and the prices are ridiculously cheap compared to other burger joints. The fries are freshly cut daily and generously served in an old fashioned paper boat! The hamburger buns are lightly buttered and slightly toasted! Generous beef pattie, no fake stuff or low quality beef and individually wrapped in parchment paper and the veggies were fresh not soggy or wilted. They cook the food and assemble it right there in front of you! Oh my! I just made myself hungry again!
