Outback Steakhouse

Appreciated our waiter David E & that they took our steak off that was honestly low quality. I get a ribeye every steakhouse we go to and theirs was gristly/ tough and solid thick white fat- beyond just a marble. They were receptive of feedback, offered kind service and tried to make it right. 10/10 service. 4/10 food. (Minus the Cesar salad, that was bomb 🤪)

This restaurant has friendly staff amazing steak salads shrimp and bread even tho it does look like a potato/ leather shoe it also has options for wheelchair inclined, kids, dietary options/restrictions, discounts to senior citizens, and First Responders so, for everything I mentioned above I will recommend this place to others

I ordered take out one time and I was disappointed that my food wasn't good at all.. loaded potatoe barely had any of the "loaded" part... it was in a tiny black cup and the steak wasn't cooked how I ordered it either. I gave this restaurant another chance and let me just say that the dine in experience is much better than take out! I've been back twice since. My servers on both occasions were great!! As busy as they were especially being short staffed they still made sure to check on us and offer that delicious bread and butter. The food was perfect as well! Great customer service and food will always be a win win! 👌

Terrible cooking ordered a steak medium rare and it came out bleeding, bloomin shrimp were way too salty and there was hair in them, as well as orange crust on the inside of my margarita glass.. will not be coming back to this location again. The manager and employees were really nice and comped the food for us though, only reason there’s 2 stars rather than none. Cook doesn’t seem to care at all.
