Tgi Fridays

Fridays is your typical late night dining experience. The serving staff is attentive and friendly. The dining area and bar are reasonably clean. The bathroom has no issue. There is nothing that stands out demanding a 5/5 but there is also nothing to give it a 3/5 either. My recent visit I had sliders and seasoned fries. The food was tasty. It was 4/5 food. I was very excited for dessert as they had two new items, I wanted to try them both. Needless to say, they were both out. This means that whoever stock the supplies is not doing a good job. They should know their numbers and order as needed without risking throwing anything away. Running out of BOTH new desserts is showing they need someone new in charge if stocking. Nothing else sticks our as great or bad, very upper middle of the road. 4.5 if I could. It is great for families as well as going on a date. They keep reasonably busy, yet I have never waited long for a seat. Ample parking, though getting to the resteraunt takes a few strange turns as they are located on the outskirts of the Maplwood Mall. UPDATE: Got to try the new dessert!

Asked for a water with my alcholic beverage but didn't get it until half way through the meal. My Berry Mojito had no flavor, tasted like water. The spinach artichoke dip had very little flavor and tasted like eating just cheese sauce. The fries were WAY over seasoned. The price of the Lavendar Lemonade was not worth it, way over priced. The waitress was not very attentive, was no where to be found when needing/wanting something. Will not be eager to return to this resturant anytime soon.

Came here for dinner. They seated us quickly. The staffs and servers were amazing. I ordered the traditional wings (8 wings) garlic Parmesan. The wings were alright. I was disappointed in the wings. Nothing special. You can taste a bit of the garlic however there was no Parmesan on it. It mostly taste like Greasy wings which was not too great. I would not order their garlic Parmesan. However, TGIF usually have good drinks and their other foods are better.

The setting was nice, great music, the food I got was so so. I got the whiskey glaze combo with fried shrimp and ribs. My shrimp was fried, but I'm not sure how they ended up tasting not done, like the ones they usually have on ice at buffets. I do not like that texture of shrimp. My ribs were able to come off some of the bones, but for some reason I had to keep chewing and chewing. Instead of complain, I just kept it. My cocktail drink was great. My friends ordered some things and asked for a substitution. Waiter brought out substitution and item that was supposed to be substitututed AND charged them for it. Anyway, after I got home and heated my food in n the microwave, it was a lot better.

Food was warm not hot, drinks were fine. The server was friendly. I got BBQ sauce all over the backside of my white dress sitting on the booth in which we were escorted. There was BBQ sauce all over the seat. Super disappointed. I asked the server to bring a towel to wipe down the booth seat after my dress was ruined. I wiped it down.That put an end to our evening out seeing as we had dressed nicely for the entire evening together and my outfit was ruined before we even got past dinner.

Rack of ribs barely had any meat. Appetizer were over priced $14. mini burgers (3) $13 fast food tastes better. My friends birthday who had a free dessert reward and told the server when ordering desert. She had a free appetizer reward as well. Rewards say nothing about using only one, or quantity. Server would not take desert reward. A slice of cheesecake $10. I'm a server so I asked her to split the check and put the desert to the birthday guest and I would pay for the rest of the check. She said she would ask her manager. She came back in seconds and said no it can't be done. She continued busing a table and making us wait to pay. I just left money on table, school night we had to go. Table she was busing was across from our table. It was not busy. 3 tables of guest in restaurant. the birthday reward was expiring the next day. Very disappointed in service and food quality.
