I will not give a positive or negative, excep to note in stars due to wait since I'm waiting / delivering for work. If your operations are following the illegitimate policy practice & violation of medical privacy over Covid-19 issues/ Mandates. I'll lower ratings to all businesses that practice this. Rating is also reflection of the neighborhood.

I received the worst customer service. No hello or interaction at the window, items were left out of my bag. When I returned to the store, the female employee that I flagged down had an attitude and stated that my food was just handed out because they were waiting on an item and it was actually out of stock. No refund was offered, and as the person at the window only grabbed my cash and slammed the window until my order was “ready”, nobody communicated that items I paid for were out of stock or that I would not be receiving them. Waste of time and money. Just a heads up, this store has no cups, no sauces, is out of/not preparing many menu items, and a very rude staff member running the front. Don’t waste your time.

I live by this taco bell. They aren’t the best, they aren’t the worst. Gabby is a girl who works here regularly and speaks with a good attitude. She gives me a smile despite the short work shortage, beside people calling off, she is overall a good worker. I am sorry for all of the harsh criticism. I hope gabby gets the recognition she deserves. SHE IS THE GOAT.

The worst taco bell I have been to. The drivethru menu was missing 75% of the panels so it was hard to order. I ordered a taco box and nacho bell grande for my family. Every taco shell was broken and most had only a little meat and no lettuce or cheese. The rappers were not on the tacos either and it was a huge mess. Guessing they dropped it and put it back in the box. All the chips in the nachos were broken up as well. Great time opening up this "feast" for my family at home.
