Mcdonald's

I came here last week on Sunday morning at 7:08 a.m. there was me and two other cars in the Drive-Thru which were ahead of me oh, I heard the person on the speaker take the people in front of me food order and when I got to the speaker she said thank you for choosing McDonald's we are only serving coffee right now even though I clearly heard her take a food order for the two cars in front of me when I asked her why I couldn't order food she said because they were still trying to open the store and there were only two of them here. I rented while I just heard you take a food order for the people in front of me, she then replied with well you can order food but you'll have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for it oh, I said that's fine I'll wait. I ordered two hash browns and two breakfast burritos after I ordered it took me maybe 15 seconds to drive from the speaker to the window and magically my food was ready. I am here again today which is Friday morning at 7 a.m. and the website says the dining room is open but they have the doors locked

Worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited nearly 40 minutes after being told to wait at the last window. Went in to ask for a refund because I sat there so long and was told no and that she doesn’t care and that I have to wait. The manager on duty right now is rude and unprofessional. No wonder why the reviews are so bad.

I ordered a breakfast meal they asked me to park so that they could prepare it I did with no problem. They brought my order out three different times and they were wrong. The last individual that brought my order out I stated that I asked for a refund and she said that I gave her attitude which I did not, however making a statement like that will call someone to give you attitude. I asked to speak to the manager the manager did not come out sent that same individual back out stating that they don't give refunds that's fine okay but I feel that my order being incorrect three different times I should have been able to get my money back because at this point I really don't want the food because I've waited so long to get it. And a manager that is too busy to take care of a customer doesn't need to be a manager at all. That's just my opinion, which I am entitled to.
