Taco Bell

Paid $5.99 for the double steak grilled cheese burrito... probably got 3 pieces of steak total. As you can clearly see, the Doritos locos taco supreme was filled about 1/6th of the way with total ingredients. Waited about ten minutes for the food with nobody else in the restaurant. No line in the Drive-Thru. What a joke. Why would anyone want to go here with this kind of service??

I will say the employees are very nice however they goof around way to much. I understand making work fun, I work in the service industry I get it. But we were waiting 30 minutes (20 at order box and 10 at window) while the workers fooled around screaming laughing and chasing eachother around by the window. I typically don't write bad reviews but they were fooling around instead of taking orders. There was literally 5 cars behind us waiting. Like I said I get it the world is hard right now gotta make the most of it. But as someone who works in the industry there is no reason for someone to have to wait 30 mins in a drive thru. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

Absolute garbage of a place to dine in at. Walked in and started our order on the kiosk. An older woman walked in after us and didn't know how to use the kiosk and asked to order at the counter. The young African American girl told her she had tonuse the kiosk and gave her attitude. My husband and I ended up helping her the the kiosk. Meanwhile, the so called manager (also African American) and this young girl started going at each other's throats yelling, cursing, and Mf-ing each other and talking ghetto like they are going to fight right in front of the size customers in the building. Completely unprofessional and disgraceful.
