Nothing Bundt Cakes

Ok. So not only are the treats here AMAZING and delicious. The owners are some of the kindest people you will find. If you're looking to be a superstar on Mothers Day, any Holiday or frankly... every Wednesday ;). Look no further. You're supporting a local business owned by wonderful people, on top of getting quality and delicious treats. I dont always give positive reviews, but when I do its from the heart. Super disappointed. I have never been to a nothing Bundt cakes before. My daughter had to stay with her aunt and cousins due to COVID issues here in Utah for a little while, and just so happened to be in Minnesota for her birthday. I spent 75.00 with this business, and unfortunately due to COVID her party was cancelled. I called the business to postpone explaining the situation. After the 2nd time of it needing to be cancelled, I explained we just wanted to get our money back. The gal explained they will not refund $ that was spent for an order but we could have in store credit. I asked what that initialed? She let us know that anything on the shelf up to the amount we have already paid for was fine. But, we could not apply to a new order or anything really customized. I get businesses are struggling, but this is not easy on anyone. I don’t live near the location and it is non-transferable to any other locations. Had I known this, I would not have ordered with things so crazy. But, I can certainly take my business elsewhere in the future shall we be in MN visiting or whatnot. This was a very poor experience with no flexibility.

Super disappointed in this location recently. Yesterday I picked up an assortment pack of bundtinis. Something felt off as the girl passed me the box with a broken seal. she quickly threw tape on it after I mentioned it. Once I got to my car, I still didn't feel right. I opened the box and the bundtinis were all over in the box, flipped and stuck to the top. I brought them back in and requested a new box as these were a gift. The girls snatched the box and took it in the back, laughing and talking loudly, joking about what they sold. One of them came back and handed me a new box with no words and turned around and walked away. All employees had disappeared into the back and left me standing in an empty store front - not a very pleasant experience this time

This is my go-to place when I don't have time to make a cake for a friend's birthday or I mess up lol. Staff is nice, cakes consistently taste the same. The bundtini's are the perfect size IMO if you're able to stop at one haha. I like how they change up their selection with the season. Overall a great store.
