Staff is pretty friendly. They always seem to be having fun while at work and I honestly love seeing that. I was behind a car or teenagers ordering in the drive thru and they were taking FOREVER. Finally a women came over the speaker and pretty much told them to stop messing around and hurry up and order. SHE MADE MY DAY! ❤❤

The floor was sticky and dirty. The bathroom was out of paper towels. The Sprite tasted like floor cleaner, they were out of cherry syrup, and we got the only somewhat clean table in the place. And I got to hear an expletive laden conversation between employees why fast food is such an unpleasant industry to work in- super insightful!!! Were they busy? Nope. Were they just screwing off? Well, if they weren't then why is the store such a mess. If I were the franchisee, I'd be pretty angry.

SHE MADE MY DAY! ❤❤ She knew she had a line to get through and didn't have time to deal with 4 separate orders from some kids who didn't know what they wanted at..... WENDY'S FOR GOD'S SAKE. Some times the fries are old and that's the only reason I have 4 instead of 5.

This store really needs to be overlooked by the corporate company. I love the spicy chicken sandwich and that is the reason I go there, but the service has been getting worse and worse. First, it is the attitude of the servers via the drive up window because the wait was so long and we were the only ones in line. Today, I ordered an extra small fry for my spouse and I was charged for it. When I got home there was no small fry and no receipt to prove that I ordered it. The incompetence at this location is getting worse and worse with each passing month.

This restaurant is a total shame. Wendy's food is excellent, but this store is the pits! Where to start? The entrance and parking lot look like they've been carpet bombed. The tables & chairs are wobbly and look like they came from good will instead of from a professional whole saler. The windows all look like someone peed all over them. They dining room needs someone more than an amateur to lay it out professionally. The red is way too much, maybe a few red accents? Service is slow and the employees are walking around outside smoking & texting their buddies. The bathrooms are ok, but the gas fireplace seems out of place. Breakfast might compete with the best of them, but I'm not going to sit in that dining room again. Come on people, this store has what everyone wants, location, location, location and great food. Invest in your customers and they'll invest in you. I gave it 1 star because of the Wendy's food being so delicious.

I'd give it negative numbers below zero if I could. DO NOT GO TO WENDY'S!! On Christmas Eve, my boyfriend and I went to this Wendy's. After ordering our foods at drive thru, my boyfriend paid for our food with his card. We got our foods and realized the guy did not give my boyfriend's card back. He froze his card right away. Immediately after that, I parked and walked to the entrance door. It was locked so I couldn't get in and confront the employee. We drove to drive thru again and told the manager that his card wasn't handed back. The manager had the audacity to tell us they don't have it and she did not check with every employee. Guess what happened on Christmas Day? My boyfriend was notified via email that someone was trying to use his card on Target.com. We knew the employee did not hand his card back, he purposely stole it. The next day, we called the assistant store manager and district manager about this. It was communicated over phone and texts. They were recorded. I explained the physical description of this guy: white, had dark brown shaggy hair, overweight to obese, and at least 5"8 in height. WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY, HE WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD!!!! They said they will check the camera surveillance while we proceeded to file police report. Today (December 30th), the assistant manager texted my boyfriend and these were her exact words: "I came in on Monday and I didn't find your card, I found out that the cameras are not working as they are working on them to upgrade." First the employee stole his card, now they're covering it up. We are taking legal actions against Wendy's and the employee that stole his card. Shame on you both!! People cannot trust you to get a nice meal during the holidays AND in the middle of PANDEMIC!! Since they DID NOT fire this guy, I am putting him on the spotlight. THE GUY WHO STOLE OUR CREDIT CARD PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: WHITE, DARK BROWN SHAGGY HAIR, MAY HAVE BEARD, OVERWEIGHT TO OBESE, AND AT LEAST 5"8 IN HEIGHT.
