I got the frozen cookies and cream. I got dark chocolate with it and it wasn't as strong as I hoped for. The employees were nice. It's a nice little shop as well.

Staff were semi friendly. Coffee was okay. Would’ve like to see a warmer greeting. Atmosphere was nice and welcoming.

In town visiting my daughter and yesterday the line for Dunkin' was 40 cars long (!?). I decided to try Caribou and was so happy I did. The Maple Breakfast Sandwich is amazing! The Mocha was super delicious-tastes like very good quality coffee. A little on the sweet side, so next time I will ask for less syrup, but I was very pleased (and only 6 cars in front of me, went quickly!).

They work very hard to get the order right. As I was waiting to order I overheard the workers talking about a customer who had been waiting a while. They upgraded her medium to a large at no cost.very friendly and I like that you can donate there too.

If you are in a hurry, I highly recommend the convenience online ordering. It allows me to get my coffee fix, even if I am running late for work.

The girl at the drive through was extremely sweet and helpful! The guy that took my order in house was rude and talked to me like I didn't know anything. Being a barista myself, I felt pretty angry that my intelligence was questioned. I believe he had a large arm tattoo, just be aware of this employee. Such a shame

Been here a lot to consume coffee; usually on the drive in to work. Sometimes it takes longer than other times in drive through. Doesn't seem to be a lot of drink consistency because sometimes my coffee tastes great, other times it taste's horrible. I wish it would taste excellent and the same every time.
