Charleys Philly Steaks

I love to eat at this place every time I get to Mankato! I noticed that the people working seemed a little irritated that I wanted my sandwich a special way! With as much as they charge and as many other options as a person has to choose over their business, I thought that they could have been more pleasant, even though I did ask to have several of the items removed from my sandwich! And on top of that, you would think that they would appreciate someone getting a sandwich with just the meat, cheese and onions! That means that they don't have to put all that other stuff on it which equals more work! But if you want real steak and to have it made hot and fresh and they fry it in front of you, I do recommend you try this place at least once!! They do have chicken too! The loaded fries were hot and fresh too!!

My family of three eat at Charleys avery other week.Last time was not very good. First 3 people got their order before we did and we were ahead of them. Our french fries were baged and sat on a counter while the people in back of us were waited on. The gal who was suppost to make our sandwiches was busy talking spanish to a friend while our food was getting cold. All the employees were new. s

Amazing food very nice and very polite employees highly recommend trying it if you haven't had it before. Just the regular meals granted they are about $12 they are worth it. Very filling and very reasonable portions for their fries. If you like chilly cheese fries I'd recommend trying their ones. They taste amazing and everyone that was there on my visit was very friendly. I'll gladly come back again.

My girls love the philly cheesesteak sandwich! We went the other night and were the last ones to order before they closed. They ordered the large to share and an order of bacon cheese fries. While the guy was cooking the steak the other guy said, "this is a large" and he replied, "I'll cook more." But he never did. He cleaned his area and handed us the sandwich. When we got to the car they opened the bacon cheese fries and there was no bacon and hardly any cheese on them and it was only on a few fries. Very disappointed!
