The line is always at least 30 minutes because their lobby isn’t open. The only reason I go here is because I door dash. If they could at least open the lobby for online orders and pickups that would make the traffic a lot better and faster. I get not having enough workers but if you at least allowed o line orders to pickup inside it would reduce wait time for everyone.

How is it that I've came Here 3 different time in one week. Every single time the line has been so bad that I've just left. Here we are on number 4 and I'm about to drive off again. Slowest Taco bell in the Country. Not even over exaggerating! Don't go here unless you are ready to wait like 30min in line.

Seriously, this place has gone down hill since Covid. The line is always backed up for at least 30 minutes to an hour. You're lucky if you get the right items. I opted for an in-lobby pickup since the app offered it as an option. I get to the store and the lobby is closed. Sit in the drive through for over an hour, only to get to the speaker and they can't find my order that I already paid for. I will be so glad when a second location opens up and maybe has their stuff together. So tired of this location.

5* to 1* The store is inconsistent on all fronts. The store can be fast and accurate, and can be slow and mess up orders. There is absolutely no excuse for the latter. The food quality is disgusting. I took a bite of my food and the guac was almost all brown and tasted horrid. I spit it out and threw the rest away. Absolute garbage.

It's unfortunate but this Taco Bell "used to be" so good. We've tried to be patient as we understood there's been ALOT changing BUT, They "used to" have workers that acually cared to get your order correct and made it pleasant going thru the drive thru, they "used to" atleast be able to understand what you were saying when ordering and or we could understand what they were saying and that's not a good combination when ppl order specific things and aren't able to comunicat !! The drive thru time is rediculous, the ones working there lately never get anything right, even when you've waited 30 mins for it with only 4 cars in line. IDK what happened but this last yr that place went downhill really bad. We always loved going there because the food used to be good but now the things we've always ordered prior always tasted the same each time we got it and now you have to guess at what it is you ordered because nothings made the same as it used to. (Example) As bad as things have gotten there it wouldn't suprise me if ya only ordered a reg beef taco and it came out with chicken on it with some wierd sauce on it!! I mean seriously how can they mess that up?? But they do. That's how bad things have gotten. And yet when u finally get to the window, there's plenty of ppl standing around and or looking at they're phone but yet still can't seem to get your order right or get hot food!!! You guys should really evaluate what's happening there or your prob gonna continue to loose bussiness if ya don't get a handle on your people. I've already noticed you have started getting less bussiness just since after your short remodel shut down and my guess is if this keeps up its gonna get worse. Sure hope this changes as alot of ppl we know and our whole family will not be going back.
