Went through the drive thru tonight at 11:30 and there was a blonde girl who looked like she was working all by herself. I didn't catch her name but she was super nice through the drive through and even though there was at least 5 or 6 cars in a row she kept her cool and was very friendly even though it was late. 5 stars to HER not BK. Burger King needs to do better. She did an amazing job and I would have tipped her but I know you can't tip people at BK because I used to work there.

We ordered an Oreo shake, whopper Jr., jalapeno cheddar bites and a Hershey pie. We received no spoon, straw or fork. How frustrating it was to eat my pie without a fork, napkins would have been great, had we received any.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a small Diet Coke on my way home. I got luke warm smashed cheeseburger and a cold double cheeseburger. Yuk! My Diet Coke was warm with no ice on a warm night. Tossed it in the trash where it belongs. Won't go back.

Just spent 40 dollars on food in drive-through. My baconater sandwich was just beef and cheese. No bacon, no sauce. No answer when I tried valling store.

Incorrectly made food order, management was rude over the phone and didn't rectify their error. Standards fall short at this location.

I've never seen someone get so mean and flustered over a little language barrier. Pro tip, bring a $20 Google nest to the register and say "Hey Google, be my interpreter". Shazam! Problem solved.

Food was excellent got two bacon cheese burgers Excellent a 10 great flavor. My husband had a fish sandwich he said was great tasting . French fries crispy perfect.

I ordered a sandwich at the counter and told the young man that I was going to use the restroom while they were making my sandwiches and my fries, when I came out a young girl at the counter said to me "Your order's over there", and she told me that they were going to throw my order away!! I was very upset! I told the young man at the counter that I was using the restroom and I was only in there for like 3 minutes! I don't know if he forgot or what but he said they were making fresh chicken and it would be 5 minutes! This was poor communication at it's finest!!! LOL 😆
