Ordered the orange chicken, the glaze on the chicken was mealy and have very little flavor. The rice also had no flavor and was undercooked. I asked for it to go and despite the restaurant only having 2 other customers it still took about 20 minutes to get my order. I am not likely to return. The only plus side was the price, cheaper then other Chinese restaurants around but clearly next time I'll pay a little more for better quality!

my wife and i have been to this restaurant twice now, and every time we've gone, we have had a good and friendly experience.
pros: service is very friendly. they delivered to our table. everything was cooked fresh... it took some time, but quality is not always instant. Quality takes time. Asian One is not McDonald's or Taco Bell. the sushi / crab rangoon / egg rolls / chicken teriyaki / mei fun / seaweed salad is very good and the portion sizes are pleasing. My wife had the lo mein and the chow mein, and she enjoyed those too.
cons: the chow mein and the lo mein were a bit dry for my wife's taste, however some soy sauce made it more pleasing for her. the fried rice was a bit dry for my taste.
my recommendations:
to the owner- i would suggest you looking into how to make your fried rice / lo mein / chow mein a bit more moist.
to everyone else- definitely give this place a try. this is a new restaurant, and there might be a hiccup or two along the way, but the fact that the owner reads your review shows that they care about their product, and they care about their customers.

The staff is very friendly and eager to please. I really enjoyed the bright, open, and clean atmosphere.
Asian One's sushi is very competitive when it comes to taste, and it was definitely worth the purchase. Their prices are on par with their surrounding competition. In my opinion I would currently rank them 2nd best sushi in town. The sushi is clean and fresh tasting, and there rice is cooked perfectly; nice and fluffy, the way it should be. The rolls are lightly packed to prevent compressing the rice too much.
The only flaws I noticed were that the majority of their rolls lacked the creativity and originality I hoped for. They do make some of the most common rolls one were to want, and the roll that stood out to me the most was the mandrin roll, very delicious.
Not bad for a Minnesotan small town sushi/habatchi restaurant. I will be coming back.

Not great. The staff were very nice, but we paid upwards of $40 for sushi that was almost entirely made of rice, and the rice wasn't even very good. Head here for a limited buffet or bubble tea, but there are plenty of better options in mankato.

This place is actually great. The food is great, the eating area is clean and the people who work there are very kind and helpful. I love the lunch meals which are less than 7$ after tax. Honestly I will be coming back, and it is in one of the best locations for those who live near MSU Mankato.

Ok first I have to clearly state that the boba tea is great and never lets me down. The food here is not very good. I have been back like three times because I actually want to like this place so badly. I just can’t recommend this place for the food. Wanna get a Thai boba tea? Buy five, they are great. The staff is great and friendly.

I got the spicy beef for $7.95 . I was surprised how big my order was for the price. My wife got vegetable chop suey and she also enjoyed it. Definitely coming back.

Nothing special (which is not to say it's bad); but your typical quick Asian cuisine. Menu is really big (too big tbh). Sushi is okay. A place I'd go to for a quick lunch any day if I'm around. Definitely not bad. As a former Chipotle worker, I'm kind of sick of Chipotle so I usually dip over to Asian One.
