I like to go here for lunch because it’s supposed to be fast. I like to have enough time to actually eat my lunch when I order it. Took over 15 mins for my sandwich to be made. Do not recommend this specific jimmy johns as it is the slowest place I’ve ever been to

I was here on my lunch break and ended up waiting 30 min for my online order. I wasn’t mad at all, but the manager refunded my order, and gave me a free cookie. Hands down, best customer service ever! Keep being awesome, JJ!

Service was fast. The person working was nice. However, when I got home they gave me the wrong sandwich and it's Tuna 😝. They closed at 9 and it was 9:04 when I got home so i couldn't get a new one.

Usually I am not disappointed with Jimmy John's as it's always a go to for me when I'm in town. However, today the service (girl at the drive up window) was extremely unfriendly and basically tossed my food to me out the window. When I drove off, I told her to have a great day. Then, I go to eat my sandwich, and there is little to no lettuce... very disappointing...This location specifically is very inconsistent. Needs better customer service to stand up to the Jimmy John's name.

Don’t get me wrong, the food was good but I’ve gone 3 times and every time, it takes 5-10 minutes to get the sandwich without much of a line (1 other car). Is only one person working there at a time? Definitely not “freaky fast”.
