I was thoroughly impressed. The drive thru guy that took our order was very polite. The guy expediting a little less but still very professional and I get that being a friday at 5:30PM. The food was timely, hot and delicious. It had probably been close to 10 years since the last time I had eaten here but it is safe to say that it was awesome. Keep up the great work!!

Stopped in this location today for lunch with the family. We don't go here frequently as we are from out of town. There was a lady working the lobby. I believe named Jill. She was the sweeties lady. Helped keep my kids entertained, brought them crayons and coloring sheet. She asked what we needed and brought us a few condiments needed. She also had small Chat and bussed our trays and opened the door for us on our way out. Such a nice experience. Customer service is everything. A company is lucky to have staff like her. If we come into town again we may just have to stop, so we can all say hi

The food was great!! However, I've never seen a restaurant so filthy. There was trash on the floor and we couldn't find even one clean table in the restaurant! And there were only two other tables being used. Fingerprints were on every possible spot on all windows. The staff were very nice but to try and eat in such filthy was a hard thing to do. Better management would obviously help the situation I'd think.

Understaffed but hard working employees. The drive thru was backed up at 7:30 p.m. on a Thursday. Ordering was kind of a fiasco because the boy was obviously overwhelmed, but he got most of the order right and was polite. Food came out hot. Flavor and texture of fries, burgers and chicken nuggets were great. Prices are comparable to other fast food.

Worst experience ever!!!! Absolutely eat here ! I pull up to the drive thru and I ask for everything to be fresh please cause I had a nice size order ! I order my food pull to the window to pay first I hand him my card and then my cash, he then says well I have to make sure I don’t mess this up so I then walk him through the steps to cash me out so I pull up the food window and I expect to wait cause it takes the chicken 7 mins to cook roughly ! So they hand me the bags I check the bags and most of the food is cold so I ask them to remake it and all of them are looking confused , I then say I’m missing a sandwich the younger boy gets mad stating I have all the food so I hand the bags back and they food wasn’t in there like I stated ! Then I ask them to remake the cold food he calls his dad which is the manager, the manager then says give me his name and number ! So I call him in the drive thru and he states I was being rude which I spent $40.37 so yes I was ! I asked for a refund multiple times and the shift leader which is the son didn’t know how to do that ! The dad was drunk slurring words and told me I’m not getting anything period and he would call the police ! So I waisted $40 and my kids are still hungry ! I contacted corporate and waiting to hear back ! Also had hair in my food !!! Two sandwiches at that !

I ordered the grilled chicken and it was the best grilled chicken sandwich I have ever had! It easily compared to a grilled chicken sandwich at a fancy sit down restaurant!! If you are looking for a juicy, hot, fresh, flavorful grilled chicken sandwich at a reasonable price go to Wendy's!! I loved it! ❤️ And I will definitely be going back again!! I just wish someone would have let me in on the secret a long time ago!! LOL 😆 But that's OK, cuz I'm letting you in on the secret now! 😉 LOL 😆 Oh, and the NEW strawberry Frosty 🍓 is to die for!!! Get that too when you stop in! It was nice and thick just like the regular Frosty! Nice fresh strawberry 🍓 flavor, not too sweet, just perfect! Try one before they're gone!!
