Dairy Queen

We has blizzards which were as expected. The dog was in the car so I had to use the drive thru. Our order was entirely ice cream and it took several minutes for us to be able to move up from the speaker to the window so I kind of thought the blizzards should have been ready by the time I got to the window (there were 3 and all exactly the same). They weren't ready for quite a bit longer despite about 5 or 6 employees being within sight. At $5/gallon you really need to be a bit more efficient if you're going to operate a drive thru window.

I deleted my first review which was never responded to. I just waited over 20 minutes from after I ordered until I drove off with not what I ordered. Once again, I'm waiting forever for fast food. The employee comes to where I'm waiting and says here's...... no onion. I looked and yep, it had onions and the fries were cold. I took it back to the drive thru door. A nice lady says I'll fix it. I wait again then a girl comes out and says we're sorry.... that's whatever. I haven't eaten all day. My burger then comes I look at it and now no onion or bacon with the cold fries in the same bag. It's supposed to be a bacon double. I know places are struggling for help. When I go in for lunch, it's never not 1 time been anything but good food! I simply want what I ask and pay for. I wonder if anyone will care about my messed up order this time. Owner? Management?

Stay away!! If there was a 0 star rating available, this Dairy Queen would deserve it. Their drive thru has incredibly slow service and you better check your order before you leave the window because odds are, it’s going to be wrong. Order a double cheeseburger? You get a single. Order large fries? You get small... and even then, the box is filled 1/3 of the way. We’ve even had them leave things off the order entirely. When you finally get your food, it’s cold. The woman at the window last time (which will indeed be our LAST time) was scary. She was quite angry at coworkers... me... everything, it seems. The only reason this place stays in business is that there is no “quick” food option in the vicinity besides this place. However, if you are looking for a burger and/or ice cream, do yourself a favor, drive the extra 5-10 minutes and give someone else your money. No matter where you go, it will be better than what you can get here.
