Dairy Queen

When I arrived there the person was basically screaming through the intercom. She had an attitude when I pulled up to the window. I handed her change and my card and told her I wanted the rest on my card seeing as I didn't have exact change. She seemed confused and hesitantly grabbed my card and change then came back about what seemrd to be a minute later and asked if I wanted to use my change and then my card and I said yes. Not sure what was so confusing about it. She was a grown women that looked to be about in her 30's. Not sure if she lacked comment sense but it was frustrating and truly annoying when she slammed the window when I got done reaching for my cone. I also noticed that the hours posted online aren't accurate. I don't know if the people working decide when it gets closed, but I came all the way across town to find that the place had been closed and not just like 10 minutes ago. It was closed up, no lights on, and parking lot was empty. Whoever owns this place needs to please speak with the staff and change things around because not only are they making the Dairy Queen Franchise look bad, but they lost a lifetime customer.
