Cousins Subs

If I could give out no stars I would. What a horrible experience at cousins was the worst customer service I ever had. The employee was rude and I called the owner and spoke to some guy name Mike who told me that basically I wasn’t getting a refund and that I can go F myself. I’m almost sure you don’t treat your customers that way!!! SMH P.s I’m pretty sure cousins doesn’t base their customer service on how he treats people.

Just stopped in for my first experience of Cousin Subs. They only have subway around me, so I figured I would give them a try. Immediately, when I walked in I was greeted by a kind young lady I believe her name was Kourtney/Courtney, she was nice enough to give me her favorites from Cousins. I ended up getting the Philly and some French fries...gotta be honest Subway doesn't have anything on these guys. Absolutely delicious. 🤤 On top of the great food, the owner, Mike, was even kind of enough to come greet me and ask how my first experience was. Made for an absolutely great overall experience for my first time. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place. 👍
