Mcdonald's

This is by far the best McDonald's in Wisconsin! I always come to this one because they always make it fresh when I ask and they never mess up my order unlike the other McDonald's down the street they always mess up my order and half the time my food is not even wrapped correctly ! So it got to the point where I won't even eat McDonald's Because Of the quality of food it's a shame because if it's made fresh and done correctly it's very good and enjoyable! And the only reason this McDonald's succeeds so much is because of their store manager Agnes! I've only lived up here for 6 years But during those 6 years I've noticed Agnes has always been a store manager she is an Extreme asset to McDonald's she Deserves a Promotion it's long overdue for this extraordinary worker!

I have cried this Mcdonald's many times. I don't understand how it can be so different from every other McDonald's I've visited! It's horrible. Don't eat here... drive to the next town. I've had the wrong items in the bag and didn't discover it until back on the road. I've ordered unsweetened iced coffee and received flavored coffee. Most recently I waited 15 minutes after I paid. They had no soda. The fries were ice cold and hard as a rock.

At the drive thru Menu board two McChicken Sandwiches $2.50. Cashier announced over the P.A. $2.63 Total. Get to the window and she overcharged me to my face. I told her it was two for $2.50 on the sign. She say's the price changed today. That is some B.S. right there and will never return to this cheating location!!

WORST SERVICE EVER! CALLED BEFORE GETTING TO THE DRIVE THRU TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE OPEN THEY MADE ME WAIT ATLEAST 15 mins WHILE NOBODY WAS BEHIND OR INFRONT OF US. ONTOO OF THAT ONCE I WAS ABLE TO PLACE MY ORDER THEY COMPLETELY SEEMED LIKE THEY DIDNT CARE AT ALL ABOUT MY ORDER OR THE RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS! MY ORDER WAS MADE UP WRONG ONCE FINALLY RECEIVING AS SOON AS I WAS ABKE TO CHECK MY ORDER THE DRIVE THRU LONE WAS PACKED TO THE ENTRANCE! Complete waste of money service should have this place shut down I also need my free meal next time to make up for the one I paid for but did not receive!
