As usual the Manitowoc, WI Starbucks exceeded my expectations. Friendly, courteous and exceptional customer service even in these uncertain times. Awesome as always. Also, I have been to Starbucks all over this country and this is still the best after all these years. I always stop when I am in town.

Decently quick service, very friendly staff, but the drinks lack consistency. They also forget the sweetner in my drink 12% of the time. Expensive too, but you know that when you decide to get a drink from Starbucks - so I can't dock them for outrageous prices.

This is a great place to stop if you're traveling down the highway. Easy on easy off. They always make you a great coffee here. And the staff are very nice to you. Bathrooms are always immaculate. I wish they hadn't raised their prices on espresso.

This location is the worst in a 50 mile radius. You can never taste the peppermint in their peppermint mocha, they're always out of items, they now only put sleeves on large drinks, and my last work order included a refresher drink made with water instead of Lemonade, which was for a person needing to watch sugar intake, and it was made with Lemonade.

Long line as usual. Mobile order wasn't ready when I got to the window & the employee was just texting the whole time.

It was very busy with mobile orders but served my hot americano at room temp and didn’t get the order correct. Disappointed after waiting 10 minutes.

I placed my order but when I received it, it was not what I ordered. They apologized and made the right drink as fast as they could and even allowed me to keep the wrong drink to give to a co-worker. My accent often causes miscommunication so I always understand when my order is wrong and we usually get a good laugh out of how 1 word was mistaken for another. The Starbucks employees never seem frustrated about the mistake. They seem to just take it in stride. Great Service every time!
