Brian's Smokehouse And Bbq

My husband and I have loved Brian's Smokehouse for years, so it was the one and only place we looked to to cater our wedding. Best decision EVER! The food was absolutely delicious! The pulled pork and chicken were amazing as usual, the mac and cheese and beans were perfect sides, and a few of our guests said the potato salad was the best they've ever eaten (though that was said about pretty much everything on the menu, too!) The price was incredible - such an amazing deal for the portions that our guests had - and the service they provided was great! I would highly recommend Brian's Smokehouse - as a stop for lunch, or as the caterer for your next event!

The worst BBQ pulled pork ever. I have traveled all over this country and this place is really the worst pulled pork I have every had. The first time it was bad. I ate half of it and threw the rest away. A year later I just had it again in Two Rivers car event and I could not believe I gave it a second chance. I could not even eat it. I threw the whole thing away. This man has no clue what real BBQ is. The pulled pork is tuff with ZERO flavor. There BBQ sauce is awful to. They have a restaurant right on Washington street In Manitowoc and I have passed it 1000 times and I have never seen a single person walk in or out of this place. They have a food trailer they move around to events and this is the only way they can sell there AWFUL food. Brian needs to go to a BBQ school and learn what BBQ is. Low and slow with incredible flavor. Which Is not what he serves. I really mean it when I say Its the WORST BBQ I have ever had. To all who read this. Manitowoc is a big county with a small town feel. Everyone knows each other. I would not believe a single review about how great Brians food is. ITS all BULLS@%T NO ONE would say this food is good. NO one other then a DOG would like Brians food.
