The 2 pictures are one of the first mess and second or the wet sloppy mess. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder. It was put together so badly the cheese was half on the carton and patty hanging off the other side with a stack of pickles and a stack of tomatoes and large chunks of the side slices of the onion and some regular onion and no lettuce. While I was trying to even out the sandwich in my car because no dine in. It fell onto the floor of the car getting dirt and even fall leaves. I called the 1800# and they said to just go back and they will fix it and make it right. I returned and they asked if I had the sandwich. I showed her the bag and was going to take it out and she said oh no we can't take it back. She left the window and returned and asked for the sandwich that the manager wanted it to write it off of throw into the waste something along that lines. I gave it to her not thinking. She said she can take it because it was in a bag. In a bag that had been in my car and my hands. Did someone forget about COVID? I had to wait a few more minutes then she was handed to bag that Miss Sunshine earlier gave me a straight face silent look as she handed the bag. I went and parked to finally eat. The top right side corner was all wet. I thought that was unusual. Then when I opened the box you could see the patty looked wet. The burger was so sloppy you would need a spoon to eat it. I feel the washed the patty and put it on another bun with lettus on it this time. When the wet on the box dried you can see it was water because only a small spot was grease. I would not trust them. Not sure why but the woman at the window had 20 dollar bills paper clipped to her shirt. 😳

Drive thru took 32 minutes at 2pm to get through the line. 27 of those minutes was waiting to just take order and I was only the 3rd vehicle in line on the second lane. There is no reason for not being able to get order taken. From the point of my order taken, less than 30 seconds to pay and move to window to receive my food. Another 4 minutes to get food. My order was correct, and the fries were hot. Also product control needs help. Had about 12 pickles on my burger without asking for extra. By the way, during the time I was waiting 4 vehicles left the drive through line and left the restaurant. Also know that the inside dining was not open. Absolutely no reason for this not so fast food to be this slow. No wonder people chose other restaurants. Service matters!

There were no cars at the drive through, no people inside and we waited 20 minutes at the curbside pickup. There is absolutely no way they didn't see us because there's cameras and the drive through windows look out to us. We finally decided to pull up through the drive through and we've been outside the window for another 10 minutes and counting. All we ordered was chicken nuggets and 2 drinks, this is absolutely the worst service. Even if they were understaffed, there was no one else being served for them to take so long

Normally it's good, the girl taking the orders was awesome unfortunately I guess no one told her that the shake machine was only making vanilla shakes considering that I order chocolate and didn't find out until I went back to get my order fixed. Bad form, and bad communication. Very disappointed.

Depending on what time you go you're either going to get great service or horrible. Evenings and nights have been fine, but during the day it's inconsistent. You can be in one line and watch 3+ cars in the other line be served. Asked if the speaker box was broken and got no response to then drive off and see that it was working. Why not communicate that with the customer? Not worth driving around in circles for some damn McDonald's

Went through the drive through today. Service is way better than it was my last review and I wanted my rating to reflect that. Lady who handed out food was super perky and nice ♡

I arrived at this Macdonald’s at 8:40pm. I was behind a vehicle in the left lane who was at the order machine. Another vehicle was at the machine in the right lane. Nobody came on the speaker to help either of the cars in front of us. At 9pm a worker claiming to be the dishwasher came out the bar door laughing and cutting up. She stated that they closed at 9pm. I explained that we and the two other vehicles had been sitting in the drive through line since 8:40 waiting to be helped. I asked this lady if she could go get her shift manager and she turned and opened the back door. She called for a person named Darcy or Dorothy while walking back inside and shut the door. I waited another few minutes to talk to the manager but this person never came outside. I am only giving a 1 star since I can’t give a 0. Not wanting to take more orders because you want to get off early is one thing. Tell the people waiting in line your intent to mess them over so they don’t have to wait for nothing. What a joke of a corporation. Mcdonald’s will not get my money ever again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Gave my friend one sauce for a big meal , took long with my other friend's meal, she was playing on her phone >:(((!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALLLL, my fries were burnt. but the caramel mocha was good
