Very disappointing. No pork in the pork fried rice, food rather tasteless, barely a shrimp in the shrimp eggroll. No sauces or fortune cookies. Employee took money and didn’t even had my husband the food. Pointed to it and went back to ply on his phone. Used to order from Asian Palace, it closed. This is supposed to be same owners. Fist and last time we order.

I’d like to start of by saying, I usually don’t write reviews, unless something really gets me frustrated. So here is my story from tonight. We decided to make an order for delivery, as we just made it home from camping, we wanted something easy. First, the guy answering the phone was very inconsiderate, rushing me off the phone, hung up on me several times, before I could even place our order. Second, it took over two hours for us to get our food. Without a phone call. If they would have called, it definitely would have showed they cared, a little. Third, my daughters only eat the lo mein, guess what, yep, you guessed it, I guess they forgot we ordered that. By this time, I didn’t have enough energy to even call, to be completely honest. So my kids ate leftovers from camping. Lastly, the food wasn’t as good as it once was. The only pleasant thing out of the evening was the delivery driver. She was very nice, polite, and very apologetic. She continued to apologize for their tardiness, even though we knew it wasn’t her fault. We usually really enjoy our experience with this place, however tonight was a different story. We will not be back for a while, I will not continue to support a restaurant, or any business for that matter, who doesn’t care about its customers, or about its product. There are plenty of other places who would be glad we are patronizing with them.
